HOW TO ENTER

To enter, log on to www.sakroasalon.com, fill in the on-line registration form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions. More than one entry from any person or email address will void all entries from that person or email address.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Only one entry per person. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, who are not employees of SAKORA SALON (the "Sponsor"), its subsidiary or affiliated companies, nor member of their immediate families. RESERVATIONS
Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all laws and regulations. All entries become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. Acceptance of prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use the winner's name, voice and/or likeness for any and all publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and their related, affiliated and subsidiary companies are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize.

WINNERS
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. All responsibilities of a minor who is a winner will be assumed by the minor's parents/legal guardian. Winners are required to prove eligibility and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. The failure of a potential winner to verify address, or the return of notification as undeliverable, or the failure to return the signed affidavit and release will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specifically included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

PROCEDURE
In a random drawing conducted on a monthly basis, one (1) winner will be chosen from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the prior month.

PRIZES
